For every five completed transactions, you get a free worker on your 6th match. 

- The number of hours for your free worker is the average hours of the first five completed transactions. 

- The hourly rate for your free worker is calculated based on weighted average of the hourly rates for the first five completed transactions, to a maximum of $25.00 / hr.

Example: You hire five workers through Rozaki leading to the following 5 transactions:

•  Transaction-1
  • worker hired for 5 hours at $15/hour
• Transaction-2
  • worker hired for 3 hours at $20/hour
• Transaction-3
  • worker hired for 6 hours at $15/hour
• Transaction-4
  • worker hired for 4 hours at $14/hour
• Transaction-5 
  • worker hired for 7 hours at $15/hour

The free worker for your 6th match would be:

• Free Hours: Average of (5+3+6+4+7) = 5  hours
• Hourly Rate *:  (15x5 +20x3+ 15x6 +14x4+ 15x7) / 25 = $15.44  / hour

In this example, you will get a free worker for 5 hours at $15.44/hour on your 6th match.

* The maximum hourly rate for the free hours is $25.00 / hour.

Conditions:

- You must have five completed transactions

- You must match the 6th transaction.

- We will refund the amount of your free transaction after your 6th match
